Wow! It seems like yesterday that I turned in my permission slip to sign up for this trip, and now it's only TWO days away! My mind just can't get around it! The most exiting thing for me right now is that I will be able to say that I've been to Africa. This has been a childhood dream. What I am looking forward to on this trip is that we will be up close and hands-on with big cats! I'm interested to see how these animals, that I've seen in zoos, act in their natural environment. What I hope this trip will tell me is if conservation is something that I would want to go into in the future. I am super happy for this opportunity, and I can't wait to see what adventures await in Africa!
